A high grade food dehydrator and a spice grinder got the show on the road. Cut the fruit in half. remove seeds and stem, then load into a multi stack dehydrator. Set it on low, thats all it took.




Bhut fruit is the perfect match for making four star salsas and sauces. With the "Habanero Cookbook" in hand and a host of ingredients my first mouth watering sauce was born.
